Alis birthday
For those of you that know Brandon, this will be no shock to you. Poor Ali was innocently standing there when Brandon had the urge to drop a water balloon down her pants. The worst part is that he had ice cold water in this balloon. After putting it in the back of her pants he grabbed a pen and hurried and popped it. Poor Ali was soaked. We had a huge puddle of water on the floor and she was soaked clear through. Happy Birthday Ali. Hope you enjoyed your cold shower. We love you and just so you know, this is just the beginning!!!!
Last day of school
Heres my girls going to school. They are headed to catch the bus. This is the last day of school. Ali will be in 4th grade next year and Briana will be a big 2nd grader. Hailey is going to kindergarten. AHHH I am getting old. Oh well. Heres the pics. They took a camera to school so maybe I will add there pictures on here when I get them developed. I am not trusting enough to send my digital camera with them. They were mad that they had to go to school today and then they were really mad because I told them they had to ride the bus home. What a mean mom huh? It's the last day, I am sure they survived.
My girls were sleeping downstairs the other night and the funniest things happened. When it comes to Briana you never really know where you will find her. She only sleeps on the couch for a little while and then you hear her fall onto the floor. I came home from work one night at around midnight and she was asleep on the stairs. I shut the door and turned around and there was Briana sprawled out on the bottom of the stairs. Well anyway the other night Ali and Hailey had fallen asleep and Briana was scared. She is never scared but something was bugging her. I told her to go lay down and go to sleep. Well she kept coming into our room and we would give her a hug and send her back. I hadn't seen her for a while so I went to check on her and when i found her I was laughing so hard. Ali had fallen asleep in our chair. Her head on the ottoman and her feet in the chair. Well Briana had decided we were not much help so she climbed into the chair next to Ali's feet and fell asleep. I just had to take pictures because it was so cute. There is one of Hailey too. She is also a crazy sleeper. She either ends up on the floor or she wakes up and gets in my bed. Alicia looks like she is thinking really hard while she is sleeping. They are too cute.
Ali's early birthday present
Well I do not know how many of you hear this "Can I have an early birthday present?". I have heard this a lot this week. Alicia's birthday is Saturday. She will be 9 already. Isn't that crazy. Anyway, she has wanted an early present and we kept telling her no she had to wait until her birthday. Well she asked me again yesterday. Briana, Hailey and I went to the store and had bought her little gifts from them and Ali was aware of this. I finally gave in and told Ali "ok you can have one gift". We do not buy them a lot for their birthday. They get enough for Christmas. I had just finished wrapping her presents and was not about to give her one of those so I decided to be a smart alec and give her something funny. I went and found a ziploc box and emptied it out. Inside the box I put a Rice Krispies treat and some wrapping paper so it would not jiggle around. I then wrapped up the box and waited for Alicia to get home and see her gift. She was excited when she got home because she knew she was going to get a present. she had gone in the truck with Brandon while the others and I went to the store. I took some pictures of her opening her "early" birthday present. It was so funny. After she opened it she was like "thanks a lot mom." I just had to laugh. Maybe she will quit asking for early presents.

Laundry, laundry, laundry
Well it was bound to happen eventually so why not now right? This last Wednesday my washer quit working on me and my dryer was close to going too. I decided I would go to sears and get a new set. Holy Cow those things are expensive. Oh well we use them enough that it is worth it. We had the set delivered Wednesday when I was working. I was off thursday so Hailey and I did laundry all day. Hailey loved it. She woke me up first thing Friday morning and wanted to do laundry. She came in the room every few minutes asking if we were going to do laundry yet. It was too cute. I took some pictures of her helping me put away the towels. I hope she loves doing laundry when she is old enough to do it by herself because I will gladly pass that chore onto her. I swear we always have a ton of laundry. I have been doing laundry constantly since I got the new washer and dryer and I still keep finding more. Oh well a mothers job is never done. Anyway here are the cute pictures of my laundry elf.
